The Role
As an Operation Specialist, you will act as universal operations support of branches within the area to support payroll-related activities. You will also be a secondary to payroll support, acts as manpower pool in filling in temporary vacancies in branches specifically CA or Tellering functions.
How you will contribute
Responsible for the implementation of payroll activities, such as:
Responsible for the implementation of payroll activities
Sorting of Payroll ATM Cards and PIN Mailers
Distribution of ATM Cards of payroll employees under W2R/Employee Banking arrangement at client's site or in-branch
The Schedule of distribution is based on payroll client and SBC's agreement i.e. maybe outside banking hours or graveyard shift
Ensure releasing of ATM cards and PIN mailers to the right payroll employees by checking the IDs presented, and by performing signature verification
Receive and perform signature verification of SBOL enrolment forms and CRF from payroll account holders and forward these to servicing branch or head office unit for processing
Man the SBC payroll pods at clients site and or assigned servicing area
May be assigned to other branches if necessary to perform functions related to payroll as may be determined by the Area Office
Performs duties and responsibilities of a Teller or Customer Advisor depending on the need of branch within a specified period, with priority given on servicing of payroll clients within the area of assignment
Safeguard User ID and password during branch assignment. This includes filing a request for deactivation of User ID/s on the last day of branch assignment
