Job Description :
The Position will act as an Operations Analyst/Operations Specialist, he shall develop new and recommend improvements on existing departmental processes and KPIs.
Main Duties
The Operations Specialist shall create and improve processes for the Recovery Department and ensure that new processes are cascaded to all members of the Recovery Department, and the rest of the functional units along with the following responsibilities:
Generate, interpret, and send out data
Oversee generation and analysis of reports
Assist, establish, and monitor departmental KPIs
Identify process gaps within the department
Conduct root-cause analysis to identify the blockers/factors that affect processes
Ensure that changes in the processes are cascaded to the concerned teams in the Company
Assist Recovery Assistant Manager with implementing process improvements
Other tasks as may be assigned by the Recovery Assistant Manager, Recovery Manager, or COO.
Minimum Qualifications
Industrial Engineering graduate
Fresh graduates are weclome to apply preferrably with Latin honors or outstanding GPAs
At least 1 to 3 years experience in the warehousing/logistics industry
Knowledgeable in doing Time and Motion Study, Value Stream Mapping and Process Flow Charts
Must have extensive skills in using SQL or any related programs
High comfort level in using MS Excel, PPT or equivalent Google programs (GSlides, GSheets)
Generate creative solutions
Has good critical thinking and analytical skills
Can work well under pressure
