Job Title: Operations Specialist
Salary Range: $1,300
Schedule: Flexible schedule
This role's focus is on Supply Chain / Logistics.
As our Operations Specialist / Manager (DOE), you will be responsible for the back end operations of the brand with a particular focus on managing the efficient movement, and tracking of goods. You'll work closely with the founder and Commercial Director to drive time and cost efficiencies across the full supply chain from manufacturer to customer with a focus on excellent execution at every touch point. While existing processes are in place, as part of this role you will have an opportunity to develop best practices and systems that will enhance the company's ability to meet its goals into the future.
Responsibilities:
Sales order processing
Supply chain stakeholder management - manufacturer, international warehouses etc
Demand Planning: Work closely with our commercial and finance team to ensure that we are ordering stock in an efficient manner to meet our business objectives while minimizing cost tied up in stock
Manage end to end movement of stock - coordinating pick up, delivery and order fulfilment
Tracking deliveries, stock data and sending fulfilment updates
Responsibility for stockholding (i.e. tracking batch codes, use by dates, location and updating month end stock levels and being accountable for variances)
Support sales team with Data analysis and Data entry into existing reporting format each month

Requirements
At least 1-3 years of experience in related field
An excellent understanding of the complexities of the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) supply chain and operations
Some experience in a similar role in FMCG
Strong computer proficiency with excellent working knowledge of the Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets / Google Drive
Familiarity with EDI systems is an advantage
Good English skills both verbal and written
