Backed by exclusive partnerships-including being the only AWS partner for a top 3 Distributor in EMEA-we're experiencing rapid growth and expanding our team.As Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our business runs smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on finance, HR, compliance, and administration.Key Responsibilities
Lead internal operations, covering finance, HR, compliance, and administration
Oversee financial management: invoicing, budgeting, expenses, and reporting
Manage the Funding Request process with AWS
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and data protection requirements
Build and optimise scalable processes to support business growth
Drive efficiency improvements through automation and best practices
Deliver regular operational reports and insights to leadership
Requirements
Proven experience in operations management (start-up or tech environment preferred)
Knowledge of finance, HR, compliance, and business operations
Familiarity with cloud services business models; AWS experience a plus
Proficient with tools such as Xero, HR platforms, and SaaS productivity tools
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities
