OPERATIONS MANAGER
 
Salary range: 25,000-30,000.00
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
With Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering or similar.
Experience in operations particularly in the areas of Warehousing and Logistics
Knows how to build internal, external, and community relationships
Good communication skills
Strong problem-solving ability
Metrics-driven thinking
Creative, resourceful, and passionate
Experience in a supply chain industry is an advantage
Can lead people at all levels of the organization
Flexible, mature, and has a high sense of people and time management
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the warehouse staff and the storage area by organizing floor space
Designs principle whereby recommends improvement in the warehouse systems and logistics
Supervises the schedule for delivery for local and inter-island customers
Ensures timely and appropriate delivery of items
Monitor the safety of all personnel including delivery equipments and forklift operations
Creates an intermittent monthly line-up of personnel intended for all deliveries (local and inter-island) customers.
Coaches, supervises, and monitor the inventory movement.
Monitor and evaluate the performance level displayed by each subordinate
