Job Description
JOB OVERVIEW
Operations Manager is responsible in ensuring smooth day to day operations in production and administrative works. S/he must ensure that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Must be able to lead a team of production contractors and administrative staff
Will be handling accounting and bookkeeping
Must be able to keep financial profitability of the company
In charge of business permits renewal and necessary requirements for special projects
Must be able to communicate well with high-end clients (verbally and in writing)
Must have good negotiation skills
Must have good problem solving skills
 
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have at least 3 years experience in similar position
Must possess bachelor's/ college degree
Experience in Automotive industry is an advantage
Candidate should be 35 years old and above
Willing to work in Quezon City from Mondays to Saturdays
