Responsible to monitor Real Other Properties Owned and Acquired for Philippine Investment Companies.
Oversees list of acquired assets and for disposal.
Supervises/Monitors yearly payment of Real Property Taxes owned by Philippine Investment Companies.
Monitors properties with assigned caretakers and assess/recommends properties that will need caretakers.
Supervises yearly inspections and appraisal updates of all properties.
Oversees status/updates of property titles for consolidation.
Provides updates/reports to be submitted to the President and Chairman.
Supervises and monitors all documentations.
Monitors the contracts and contacts with all security agencies.
Performs related duties as required.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/ Management or Equivalent.
At least two (2) years of experience in related field/ real estate industry/ banking industry.
Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City
