Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm) The Senior Implementation Manager will be responsible for actively leading implementation for customer accounts using various databases and/or sourced documents while adhering to quality measures and reporting standards while building a high performance structure. Primary Responsibilities: Manage overall employee contract loading and use various databases and/or source documents Oversee customer implementation on multiple platforms by collaboration with other business partners Research installation issues and develop customer specific resolution Audit contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards Mentor, coach, and motivate employees Coordinate and lead project teams Present information to senior leaders across the organization Perform other duties as assigned Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: 3+ years of insurance implementation experience Experience working with employer and customer groups Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Excel Ability to work overtime when needed Ability to perform well in a production environment Preferred Qualifications: Undergraduate degree or higher Project management experience Healthcare experience
