Manages and reviews operational policies, standards, and procedures including integrating and operational excellence implementing automation, technology, and systems
Implements corrective actions/preventive actions (CAPA) for all issues encountered in Road Logistics Operations
Implements, maintains, improves, revises, and adapts the eTrucknow application to meet local road logistics requirements
Acts as one of the single point of contact (SPOC) for eTrucknow implementation, operation, and updates in the Philippines
Sources and accredits vendors, sub-contractors, and suppliers to support daily domestic transportation requirements
Ensure compliance to all vendors/sub-contractors engaged by the department regarding set KPIs, code of conduct, and other company objectives
Monitors the annual budget, initiating corrective actions in case of deviations, to ensure best practices and operational excellence.
