Responsibilities:
Responsible for the management and development of Team Managers and all other operational management
Responsible for the implementation of all operational strategies and ensures that performance, culture and overarching contact center controls and processes are aligned with corporate and client objectives.
Works closely with corporate leadership
Conducts timely meeting and session
Executes department's processes and projects properly as planned and agreed with the management
