Reports and Analytics
Prepares Business Review for the client

Distributes workloads to team members
Oversees finance and accounting processing of the group.
Adheres to monthly, quarterly and annual reconciliation and other accounting
Coordinates with clients on incidents, issues or additional/modified instructions
Ensures compliance to all statutory & legal requirements without delay.
Leadership Responsibilities
Directly responsible for the day to day performance of team members under his/her group
Identifies, trains and develop team members

Conducts performance appraisal of staff in the team and makes recommendations for staff development.
