Overall accountability for the relationship between Client and Company. First point of contact for general inquiries about the Company. Primary lead for contract issues and expanding the established business. provides support to the Company's VP for Operations and the Director or Senior Operations Director to ensure performance of the Services, including attainment of the service levels described in Schedule, and identification of improvement and value added opportunities.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.
Required language(s): English
At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
At least 2 years working experience in a Healthcare Account as an Operations Manager is required
Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
Preferably managers/ Sr. Managers specializing in Customer Service, CSAT, NPS
