The Role:
Trax Group provides cloud-based solutions and services to automate and manage freight invoice auditing and payment processing for buyers and sellers of logistics services. The Trax platform enables companies to optimize supply chain performance through greater visibility into their logistics ecosystem and predictive analytics based on over 1 billion logistics transactions from all industries, modes and countries. Trax operates on a global scale with offices in the U.S., Latin America, Asia, and Europe.
The Audit Management team are at the centre of operations at Trax, supporting our 300+ clients globally and working with their Carrier partners to ensure timely and accurate processing of their invoices. Using a combination of logistics knowledge, data analysis and communications skills, the Audit team build relationships with partners all over the world to drive continuous improvement in the quality and accuracy of their invoice submissions.
The Operations Manager would be responsible for the effective delivery of contracted services to our clients. Working directly with senior leaders in the business and key client contacts to prioritise workload, identify best practice, and drive continuous improvement in their region, the Operations Manager is a highly visible role both internally and externally.
Reporting to the Director of Audit Management, the Operations Manager will be part of global team and will be highly engaged in defining and delivering our operational roadmap, as we continue to efficiently scale operations.
The Responsibilities:
Quickly develops a deep understanding of client needs, Trax's product offering, and the path to deliver value
Accountable for the successful delivery of Trax Managed Services, ensuring SLAs are met are monitoring key KPIs for areas of improvement
Focused on continuous improvement, ensuring maximum automation and an adequate level of Audit control
Works closely with internal business partners and stakeholders, in a matrix environment, to ensure client deliverables are met and priorities are correctly set
Ensures strong reasoning provided for all Audit decisions / recommendations; ensures adequate checks and controls are in place to ensure quality of team output
Builds relationships across client and carrier partner organizations, serving as a subject matter expert
Motivates and inspires team members, providing regular coaching and development, and building a strong team culture
Rigorously manages team backlog and assignments to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed on time, cost, and quality parameters
Proactively identifies risks and ensures mitigation plans are in place, working to resolve or escalate issues a timely manner
Acts as an advocate for continuous improvement, identifying opportunities and efficiencies, to improve the efficiency of Audit and the overall customer experience
The Experience Needed:
Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders; mobilize and motivate teams; set direction and approach; resolve conflict; deliver tough messages with grace; execute with limited information and ambiguity
Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively
Solid influencing skills
Sound business and technical acumen
Experience with stakeholder management at all levels of the business
Focused and versatile team player that is comfortable under pressure
Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision, both written and verbally

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
The Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Finance preferred
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
2+ years' experience leading a team in the Logistics or Supply Chain industry. Candidates with strong management experience in a BPO setting also considered.
Knowledge of any of the following areas is a plus: Logistics Procurement, Rate Cards & Agreements, EDI / EDIFACT / XML, SQL, TMS systems
