REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3 years of relevant supervisory experience
College graduate is preferred - undergraduates with relevant work experience is also acceptable
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Experience in a telecoms project is preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage your team
Coaching and development of front-line agents
Time-keeping and employee administration
Drive team performance and compliance of required training and other company related directive
Handle escalations and provide consistent assistance to all agents when the need arises
Spear-head innovation and improvement initiatives
Prioritize tasks according to importance
Make sure to prioritize sending incident reports are consistently delivered
Coaching planning and preparations are executed consistently
Real-time monitoring of agent activities and ensure corrections to non-conformant behaviors are done immediately
Lead with integrity
Uphold company policies, be the meter stick of behavioral expectations to your team
Be assertive and use negotiations smartly
Be open to feedback, instead of asking why your actions were deemed insufficient instead proceed in finding ways to close the gap and allow you to adapt and improve
