Key Responsibilities:
 
Process Improvement:
Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline processes and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide regular performance reports and KPIs to leadership, highlighting areas for action and improvement.
Track the progress of improvement initiatives and measure the impact of changes.
Project Management:
Coordinate and manage operational improvement projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that projects stay on track.
Work with teams to resolve any issues or roadblocks during the project timeline.
Training & Support:
Provide training and support to staff on new processes, tools, and systems.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting process excellence within teams.
Change Management:
Facilitate smooth transitions when changes in processes or systems are introduced.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure understanding and buy-in for new initiatives.
Ensure that any changes comply with company standards and regulations.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with department leaders to understand operational challenges and priorities.
Serve as a liaison between different departments to ensure alignment on goals and improvements.
Actively participate in meetings and discussions related to operations and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in process improvement, operational efficiency, or project management.
Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and project management software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Experience with change management and managing organizational transformation.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt).
Previous experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environment.
Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
