Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Willing to be assigned at head office Quezon City.
Creates contracts with reference to the quantity and schedule given by the job site.
Monitors and ensures that the cost of contracts is still within the bare cost of the company for the specified project.
Outsources and negotiates with subcontractors regarding the quantity of area and the contract amount.
Verifies the duration and manpower requirement submitted by the site with reference to the established controls per scope.
Coordinates with the company's QA/QC regarding the subcontractor's workmanship, and other issues at the job site.

Consolidates operation's files which include, but not limited to, quotations, RFAs, minutes of the meetings, and copies of contracts for specific scopes.
Fresh graduate with excellent grade and licensed engineer is a plus.
