Operations engineer (strategic capacity planning)Allegro Microsystems Philippines Inc.

Responsible in determining the capacity on areas of coverage in reference to Std UPH/usage rate, committed yield, machine utilization, available machine and hours per week. Conducts strategic capacity planning and analysis based on demand, equipment plan, and Operations' (Ops-Production, PE/MPE/DPE, Maintenance) projects implementation scheme. Works closely with Ops, Planning, Manufacturing Standards (Mfg Std) and Layout Section to ensure capacity parameters are updated. Prepare strategic capacity reports and recommendations that are key reference of equipment capital and Ops resources planning to prevent capacity crunch and avoid business opportunity losses. Perform semi-annual Direct Labor (DL) and Technician Headcount (HC) forecasting. Support lean program and improvement projects thru provision of capacity and HC analysis as requested.
Skills/Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years work experience preferably in semi-con industry
Handled strategic capacity planning and head count forecasting
Familiar on other core IE job and functions (standards UPH, productivity improvement projects, etc.)
