OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE
 
Job Description
 
Polkadot Ventures Corporation is an e-commerce company seeking an Operations Associate to support its Fulfillment, Customer Service and Underwriting departments. You will be working closely with management to ensure all day-to-day order fulfillment and credit underwriting operations are running smoothly.
 
As an Operations Associate, you will be instrumental in responding to customer inquiries, contacting customers for supporting information, managing online store selection, communicating with suppliers, and assisting the proper and timely purchase and delivery of online orders.
 
The job will expose you to various supply chain and credit ops concepts, where you will have the opportunity of learning from and collaborating directly with the founding team.
 
On a typical day, you will be reviewing and qualifying purchase orders, chatting with customers and suppliers, and providing remote support for order fulfillment.
 
Competencies:
 
We are looking for people who meet the following profile:
Meticulous attention to detail - You will be dealing with a lot of product information, so you must be comfortable with managing large data sets and record keeping to ensure our internal tracking systems are complete, organized and reliable.
Rapid learning capacity - You must know how to learn and apply new potentially unfamiliar technologies and business concepts quickly and on the fly in order to keep up with ever-changing market conditions.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Graduates are welcome
Fresh Graduates are welcome
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Professional working fluency in English and Tagalog
Tech savvy and comfortable with new technology
Strong organization and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Has demonstrated leadership or project ownership at school or in the workplace
Experience in customer service or financing is a plus
Fluency in Bisaya is a plus
