About the Role
To be able to forecast the cash and liquidity needs and processing cash activities to ensure sufficient cash to meet operational needs and the compliance with AIA investment policy and statutory and regulatory requirements.
Process requests timely in relation to billing and collections of inidvidual policies but may also be cross-trained to handle other work types based on business needs.
Answer simple and complex inquiries from frontliners in relation to billing and collections. These are transactions related to payment adjustments, autopay, refund, CTA/PUA, eOR, etc
Ensure processes are followed based on approved standards and guidelines
Handle escalated issues as required or needed as a remediation to avoid further escalation or complaint
Collaborate with the management and other stakeholders in improving billing and collections processes to improve overall customer experience
Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operation and / or other requirements
Suggest process improvement initiatives to help drive operational efficiency and delight our customers
Prepares weekly / monthly report as necessary
Present findings or reports to stakeholders whenever needed
Complete risk related training on time
