We are looking for a reliable and resourceful Operations & Property Management Associate/Manager to oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of short-term rental properties. This role blends hands-on property management, guest services, administrative coordination, and light marketing/design. You will work closely with ownership and vendors to ensure our properties deliver an exceptional guest experience while running efficiently behind the scenes.Key Responsibilities:Property Management & Guest RelationsOversee day-to-day management of short-term rental propertiesSchedule and manage cleaners, maintenance staff, and contractorsConduct quality checks (virtually or on-site) to ensure property readinessRespond to guest inquiries, concerns, and reviews across Airbnb, VRBO, and other platformsEnsure compliance with local short-term rental regulationsOperational Systems & Financial OversightUse OwnerRez to manage bookings, calendars, messaging automations, and guest recordsMaintain and reconcile financial records using QuickBooksTrack expenses, generate financial reports, and assist with end-of-year documentation (P&L, 1099s)Support the onboarding of new properties (listing setup, documentation, vendor coordination)Marketing & Design SupportAssist in optimizing listing content, descriptions, and photographyDesign simple marketing assets and branded guest materials using tools like CanvaHelp implement upselling strategies, guest experience enhancements, or promotionsAdministrative & Process ManagementMaintain SOPs for operations, cleaning, maintenance, and guest communicationTrack key performance metrics (occupancy, RevPAR, guest reviews, etc.)Coordinate calendar availability and blackout dates across platformsRequirementsExperience using QuickBooks, Ownerrez, Airbnb/VRBO (familiarity with vacation rental platforms), design (for marketing)BenefitsPurely work-from-homeNight Shift (EST)Weekly pay
