What you'll focus on
Operations and Performance
Efficiency plan and coordination of administrative activities to ensure accurate results in all aspects picking/shipping and related operations.
Ensure continuous review and improvements of operational processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Oversee daily monitoring efforts to ensure productivity objectives meet company/departmental standards.
Arrange daily/weekly meetings with warehouse partners as appropriate to review overall outbound and returns performance.
Confirm all shipping and picking deadlines and priority cut-off times are met.
Lead B2B and Brand's Pull-out request.
Ensure process of tracking and maintaining productivity standards for each associate.
Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to track success and/or recurring problems.
Make sure that SOPs are always followed and utilizing appropriate methods.
Maintain customer service standards control mis-ship and backorders and locating missing product as needed.
All other duties as assigned.
Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals * Take Lead on Returns Management service through identified service provider.
Customer Service
Responding to customer inquiries by coordinating with 3PL, Warehouse, and Customer Success team
Support
Tracking and fixing shipping errors in the system
Coordinating with carriers on warehouse schedules and vice versa * Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
What you bring
3+ years of experience in e-commerce logistics.
Strong logistical problem-solving skills
Good organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft excel and Google Workplace * Clear written and verbal communication skills
