About our client...
Our client is Property Investment company that specializes in helping global investors get into the US residential property market, with coaching & training programs and a full 'Done for You' service.
Their team is spread all over the world and all team members must have the ability to work autonomously and be able to get the job done.
Location: Remote, AEST timezone
Engagement: Full-time role, 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
Support the business in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives, planning, and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars.
Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the team, and provide instructions for use or promotion.
Maintain current funnels and campaigns to help ensure optimization and efficiency.
Aid and support content generation to ensure a consistent, reliable story that matches the businesses Brand.
Assist with strong utilization of our blogs, and content for marketing purposes.
Manage the administration side of the Operations and support the Operations Manger to help ensure smooth projects.
Email support for clients and inboxes to help manage enquiries and requests.
Updates and management of our client portal including deals, upcoming coaching calls, supporting requests and enquiries.
Updates and management of our website and blog content.
Requirements
Past work experience as an administrative assistant or similar role preferable
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to work autonomously and in a remote team
Ability to conduct communications and meetings through live & virtual means
Understanding of office policies and procedures
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work with international stakeholders and staff
Excellent eye for detail and the ability to test campaigns & funnels for accuracy and detail
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
Knowledge of CRM software, Wordpress and HTML including design and maintenance of websites and online portals preferable
