Your Role
Answering phones and responding to client requests and inquiries
Create various reports and spreadsheets
Call and communicate with members as needed via email and phone
Verify Documents and Initiate ACH requests
Complete Transfer of Loan Letters and complete Goodbye letters
Handle New Mortgages which include Advisement/Commitment Letters, Lock Requests, Freddie Mac Contracts, and Wire Initiation. Onboarding on System, Document Retention
Be in charge of servicing Welcome letters, Transfer of Service Letters, Payment Posting, and Escrow
Insurance
Handle Changing of Mortgagee
Track insurance and Pay Insurance Premiums
Handle Property Taxes which includes paying of Property Tax Bills
Paying off PMI bills (monthly)
Handle Payoff letters and Posting Final Payoffs
Lien Releases
Handle Delinquencies which include - Letters, member contact, foreclosure, and forbearance
Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed
Maintaining financial, employee, and client records
Managing and updating company databases
Performing other duties as assigned
About You
With 2 years of experience specializing in Admin tasks, experience in Finance is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Familiarities with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling
Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills and administrative skills
Can easily transition from one task to another
Self-directed and able to work without supervision
Strong customer service and presentation skills
Must have the ability to multitask projects
Quick learner and problem solver
Permanent Work from Home Requirements:
· Laptop or Desktop specs:
· At least 2.0 GHz Processor (I3, I5, I7 or dual-core & up processor)
· At least 8 GB of RAM80 GB HD space with 20GB
· One available USB Port for Headset (combo Mic and Headset with noise-canceling)
