About this opportunity
We are now looking for an Operational Sourcing Buyer to provide standardized procurement support services, call-off and call-off related activities including monitoring and delivery of orders in accordance with contractual requirements, internal and external laws and regulations such as agreements, instructions, and Ericsson ́s company policies and processes. All to build an efficient and cost-effective execution of the supply chain and to optimize management and control in order and return flows.
What you will do
Monitor excessive ordering behaviour and non-compliance to sourcing process
Interface and support stakeholders during the implement agreement and call-off process
Create / enter Purchase Order (PO) in applicable ordering system according to customer/project input
Secure Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt (GR/IR) being balanced
Request Return Material Authorization and build return order for goods or services that shall be deemed faulty in relation to applicable agreement or Ericsson General Purchasing Conditions
Drive improvement (tools and processes)
You will bring
Bachelor's degree within relevant areas or corresponding work experience.
Logistics and Supply chain knowledge
Good verbal and written communication skills in English mandatory.
Training and awareness of Sourcing Process requirements and execution
