Job Description:
Responsible to monitor Real Other Properties Owned and Acquired for Philippine Investment Companies.
· Oversees list of acquired assets and for disposal.
· Supervises/Monitors yearly payment of Real Property Taxes owned by Philippine Investment Companies.
· Monitors properties with assigned caretakers and assess/recommends properties that will need caretakers.
· Supervises yearly inspections and appraisal updates of all properties.
· Oversees status/updates of property titles for consolidation.
· Provides updates/reports to be submitted to the President and Chairman.
· Supervises and monitors all documentations.
· Monitors the contracts and contacts with all security agencies.
· Performs administrative related duties as required.
Qualifications:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/ Management or Equivalent.
· With Driving Experience for mobility.
· Excellent Management and Communication Skills
· At least ten (10) years of experience in related field/ real estate industry/ banking industry.
· Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City
· Can start Immediately
