I. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responding to customers via email, social media or other known marketing channels to inform them of our stocks availability and generate sales.
Prioritization to deliver the goods to our customers
Know how to handle customer complaints and process orders
Attention to detail
Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time
Independent worked, pro-active and a self-starter
Report directly to the Operations Manager
II. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
▪ Educational Requirement : Any related field
▪ Years of experience : At least 1-2 years working experience in the field of customer service / Fresh Graduates may apply
▪ Knowledge Requirement : Customer-service, excellent in oral and written communication skills, Excellent negotiation
▪ Skills Requirement : High sense of responsibility, Competent in assigning staff duties, honest, hardworking, highly creative, and Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
▪ Attitude Requirement : Thrive in collaborative work environment, Adaptable / flexible, Multi-tasking, can work under pressure, Dependable, Cooperative, Service oriented, Ability to make sound decisions, self-confident and think logically, Patience, Assertive. Able to work in a team and independently.
Maintains inventory
Ensures Bar and Restaurant is well stocked and clean at all times
Creating effective schedules and quickly resolving conflicts to ensure that the bar and restaurant is well staffed during peak hours
Manage Bar and Restaurant good image and suggest ways to improve it
Maintain a fun, safe atmosphere for customers
Ensuring licenses are updated and in line with current legislation
Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future bar and restaurant operations
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Diffusing tense situations between patrons or team members and customers to prevent possible safety or legal issues, ejecting unruly persons, if needed
Job description
Responsibilities:
Designing delicious and attractive menus and continuously making improvements. • Forecasting, planning, sourcing, and ordering food supplies for the kitchen, as well as beverages to stock the bar and fridges.
Building positive relationships with food and beverage vendors.
Adhering to the food and beverage budget. • Managing daily food and beverage operations.
Following food and safety regulations.
Maintaining positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs.
Assisting with marketing events.
Creating and enforcing restaurant policies, targets, and KPIs.
Hiring, training, and managing food and beverage staff.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years experience in the hospitality industry, with an emphasis on food and beverages.
Culinary or food service management degree may be advantageous.
In-depth knowledge of the food industry.
Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management software.
Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets.
Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to forecast food and beverage needs.
Excellent customer service skills.
Great delegation skills.
