Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
Assurance of safe, clean, orderly working area and storage area always.
Promotes and initiate safety to all members.
Conduct audits in assigned areas of responsibility using checklists as guide and recommend necessary changes if needed.
To provide accurate and timely reports based on audit.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Handling Company's Customer Feedback and Recovery Management.
Check and Analyze Logistics GPS Report.
Monitor online Freebies and promos.
Performing after sales, updating, and checking for new online customers.
-Follow-up, checking if customer receive the freebies, how was their experienced in terms of service, quality, and customer service.

a.) Inquiries with products, website, location, stores, and mode of payment.
b.) Relay, validate and recover customer feedback received.
c.) Relaying instructions to department-in-charge with customer requests, delivery time request, product quality specifications.
d.) Relaying query for supplier application.
Monitoring on released load card for store operations.
Conduct following audit:
(1) Store Operations across all stores
(2) QSR Novelty and Inventory Management Corporate Audit
(3) Departmental Audit
Conduct Month-end Inventory for departmental and QSR Group of Companies
Checking of Daily Time Records (DTR) of:
(1) Store Operations
(2) QSR Stores
Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by Operations Audit Manager or Immediate supervisor.
