Assist your line manager in handling the our portfolios including instituting legal actions, i.e. foreclosure end to tend process and civil actions (Non-performing Loans)
Negotiate with clients for payments or repayment plan
Prepare proposals for composite settlement or instalment plan Fieldwork (permitting, liaising, etc.) for special assets
Ensure that collection actions taken are within corporate guidelines and collection policies
Handle special assets with various types of cases; and Work with third-party lawyers on various cases.
In addition to these tasks and duties, your responsibilities will also include:
Perform any other job that may be assigned from time to time by your immediate superior, and/or other Company officers;
Ensure a harmonious relationship with the Company's officers and co-employees in carrying out the job and tasks assigned to you; and
Strictly observe company rules, regulations and policies, and observe proper decorum at all times.

Bachelor degree
Previous working experience (billing and collection, or accounting are appreciated)
Detailed oriented
Available asap.
