YOUR ROLE
To plan, govern and oversee the successful delivery of the KN Global Services' process standardization initiative, with focus on existing and potential global/regional focus tasks. To standardize and optimize KN Global Service processes and drive the implementation of related tasks in the KN GS and collaborate with the countries and region to follow the implementation in the respective countries. To review processes with a goal to identify and suggest opportunities for: Standardization, Automation Performance and Quality improvements, waste elimination, and increase Systems usage.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The main responsibilities of this position are including but not limited to:
Performance Review
Daily management of the standardization initiative throughout its life cycle
Planning the overall initiative (incl. rollout) and monitoring the progress
Initiate, conduct and document relevant projects as part of the initiative strategy
Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies
Managing the main documentations (e.g. project charters, KPI dashboards)
Document Process reviews and recording in Jira and WIKI, based on Global and Regional Sea Logistics standards
Work with Automation team to identify potentials and implement solutions
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Professional education or degree related to freight forwarding
Bachelor's degree in logistics is desirable
Experience in sea logistics is required
Good communication skills
Time and project management skills
Can work well in a team
