Register items online and manage customer's orders
Manage promotions
Trace packages and monitor the issues.
※ This position is for the night shift : 3pm to 12am (UTC+8)
Must have 1-2 years solid call center experience
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with customers
Preferably Knowledgeable on beauty, fashion terms
Has background experience in open markets (Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, etc.)
Preferences:
Ability to speak and write Korean is an advantage.
