Looking for an experienced agent who will offer our German courses to English-speaking customers
Our online language school startup is helping people to become fluent in German. We grew the number of students, and now we reached a point where we're looking for a sales representative who has experience with warm and cold telephone sales.
Most of our leads come from our ads. Agent calls them and offers consultations over the phone or via Zoom. During the consultation, agent asks our potential customers about their language goals and then offers them one of our German language services that suit them best.
Requirements:
At least six months to - 1year of experience in the BPO industry (Sales or Telco)
Ability to listen to the customer and the desire to help them
Readiness to work at night (in the German time zone)
Stable internet connection and own laptop
Experience working with CRM
Can start as soon as possible
