Assist clients and answer client’s inquiries in our social media (FB & IG) platform, Viber or text message
Answer landline & mobile calls and assist client’s inquiries & orders
Process client’s order in FB, IG or Viber, encode orders in POS, arrange delivery of paid clients or clients who opted for cash on delivery
Monitor booking and make sure that clients receive their orders
Ensure smooth transaction with every client and excellent service provided to clients
Resolve client’s complaints or process refunds, if any, and escalate this concern to management and make sure that complaints & refunds are immediately resolved
Qualifications:
Willing to start immediately for employment
Proficient in English
Internet Savvy (Social Media)
Very Good Communication Skills
Computer and Internet Literate
excellent customer service

Friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
