Online English Teacher
As an online tutor you will be responsible for conducting online classes for the students enrolled in our programs.
Online Math tutor
We strongly believe students learn best through guided exploration and story narration. Working on hands-on activities or games, solving simple case studies in small groups of like-minded peers will help them connect the dots that guide them to navigate from what is known to unknown. We aim to achieve this by leveraging technology as well as the expertise of tutors.
Our live lessons are designed keeping in my mind, kids are the prime focus and the tutor is the facilitator. Our lessons help the kids become critical thinkers, great problem solvers by thinking through their first principles and drawing connections across the subjects. Learning a new concept in the context of solving a real-life problem or application is the prime driver of the lesson, and games and interactives are an integral part of understanding this new concept.
Job Responsibilities
Set Mastree's classrooms as centers of excellent teaching and creative learning
Monitor and Review the progress of the students
Identify gaps & provide inputs to the students based on their performance
Conduct regular PTMs and keep the parents informed about the progress of their kid

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree, preferably B.A or B.Ed
Tech Requirements:
- Good Laptop/Desktop (8GB RAM or higher)
- High-quality webcam (HD/1080p inbuilt or external)
- Stable Internet with speed >5 Mbps
- Power Backup for Internet
- Lighting and Decent Background
Experience: Minimum 2 year of professional teaching experience, online tutoring experience will be a plus
