We are in need of:
 
ONLINE MARKETING OFFICER
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s Degree holder of any related courses in public relations, social sciences, and business management.
2. Experienced in at least 5 years of any or all of the following: Sales and Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Email Management, Website Creation and Web Content-Management, Mobile App Creation, Proofing/Copy-Editing, Blogging, Vlogging, Animations, Article Spinning, Product listing, Graphic Designing, Photo Manipulations, Multi-Media Productions, Search Engine Optimization [SEO], Leads Generation, and Customer Relations.
3. Proficient in various software applications and platforms needed in facilitating digital marketing, social media posting automation, A/B Testing, tracking and driving online traffic, phone/video conferencing, screen sharing, live streaming, automating emails, and maintaining client database.
4. A creative “Out of the Box” THINKER who can conceptualize thought-provoking and reaction-stimulating teasers, advertisements, collages, infographics, sales pitches, articles, etc.
5. Articulate with excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
6. Above average level of proficiency in computer literacy [MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Google Drive, & other apps].
7. Willingness to stay on project site with free board & lodging is an advantage [as a Covid19 counter-measure]
8. Willing to be assigned in Cagayan de Oro City or to travel in any Visayas - Northern Mindanao Project Areas [Negros, Leyte, CDO, Surigao, etc.]
9.Driving skills of 2-4 wheeled vehicles with Driver’s License is a PLUS.
10. Trustworthy with leadership skills & pleasing personality; an intelligent team-player who can professionally manage irate clients, online trolls, and bashers with diplomacy.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. CREATE, PROMOTE, and MAINTAIN a professional corporate image of the company and its subsidiary companies in the virtual world.
2. UPDATE and MANAGE websites, emails, social media accounts, mobile apps, online stores, and timely RESPOND to online and offline queries.
3. PREPARE and CONDUCT online/offline marketing presentations, CREATE landing pages with freebies to funnel online traffic, and GENERATE leads that turn into clients / buyers.
4. WEB RESEARCH on trends that inspire ideas in IMPLEMENTING year-round marketing strategies and in CREATING social media posts.
5. CONFER & SUBMIT reports regularly to the CEO regarding virtual analytics, A/B testing results, programs, activities, and accomplishments.
6. PROVIDE news and information to the public using available platforms.
