ONLINE ENGLISH TUTOR (HOME-BASED)
 
Job Type: Work-from-Home Online English Tutor (Part-Time or Full-Time)
 
Job Description: Facilitate 25-minute high-quality English lessons for young Japanese learners.
 
Expected Outcomes:
Outcome 1: Conduct atleast 20-40 or more lessons every week.
Outcome 2: Get a 97% or higher Tutor Performance Rating every month.
Outcome 3: Ensure 100% attendance every month.
Skills & Qualifications
Education: Holders of education-related degrees such as Education, Psychology, Linguistics, etc.
Experience in Kids' Lessons: Extensive experience in young learners/kids' lessons.
Professional Experience: Experience teaching children in nurseries, kindergartens, after-school care, etc. (online or offline).
Training & Workshop: Focused on English language teaching is an advantage (TESOL, TEFL, etc.)
Dedicated Workspace: The area must be conducive for teaching, ideally a quiet space free from distractions.
Location:  Residing in Cebu City or nearby cities/municipalities in Cebu 
Internet Connectivity: Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection
Download Speed: 20-25 Mbps
Upload Speed: 10-20  Mbps
Ping: Must not be greater than 80ms

ALT Program Pathway: Eligible part-time tutors can be recommended to apply for an ALT (Assistant Language Teacher) position in Japan with a minimum contract of one year. It may be subject to longer-term extension based on performance.
