Reports to the Operations Manager.
Introduce and teach the English language to Japanese students, online, using prescribed textbooks.
Implement the structured lesson management plans.
Effectively provide quality learning experiences according to specified methodologies.
Collaborate with the team projects to enforce quality standards across lessons.
Actively participate in knowledge and skills development activities.
Ensures the department operates efficiently according to program and company measures and policies.
Maintain an understanding of program-specific training.
Perform other related duties, as assigned.
EDUCATION
Graduate of any 4-year course.
EXPERIENCE
Related Online English Teaching/BPO experience is preferred
SKILLS and COMPETENCIES
Strong written and verbal (American accent) English communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Has passion to teach.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to navigate computerized data entry systems or relevant applications.
Demonstrated effectiveness and ability to work independently regardless of distractions and/or general noise.
Acts honestly and professionally, ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Strong customer service.
Ability to work in teams.
Work from Home Arrangement.
Adaptable and flexible/ willing to work on a shifting schedule.
