Our company is looking for an Online English Teacher to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
Introduce and teach the English language to Japanese students, online, using prescribed textbooks.
Implement structured lesson management plans.
Effectively provide quality learning experiences according to specified methodologies.
Collaborate with the team projects to enforce quality standards across lessons.
Maintain an understanding of program-specific training.
Perform other related duties, as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
Related teaching/BPO experience is preferred.
Has a passion to teach.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Adaptable and flexible/ willing to work on a shifting schedule.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Work from home arrangement.
