Job Responsibilities:
• Reports to the Operations Supervisor.
• Introduce and teach the English language to Japanese students, online, using prescribed textbooks.
• Implement structured lesson management plans.
• Effectively provide quality learning experiences according to specified .methodologies.
• Collaborate with the team projects to enforce quality standards across lessons.
• Actively participate in knowledge and skills development activities.
• Ensures department operates efficiently according to program and company measures and policies.
• Maintain an understanding of program-specific training.
• Perform other related duties, as assigned.
Education:
Graduate of any 4 year course.
Experience:
Related Online English Teaching/BPO experience is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong written and verbal (American accent) English communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Has a passion to teach.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or relevant applications.
• Demonstrated effectiveness and ability to work independently regardless of distractions and/or general noise.
• Acts honestly and professionally, the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Strong customer service.
• Ability to work in teams.
• Adaptable and flexible/ willing to work on a shifting schedule.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Education/Teaching/Training, or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
