Job description
Duties and responsibilities include not limited to:
a) Inspection of targeted areas to ensure compliance with company guidelines prior to fogging/misting.
b) Follow sanitization protocols as mandated by the company
c) Attendance of all mandated training sessions as decided by the company
d) Orientation of client on the proper preparation procedures, the fogging process, and the waiting time for the treatment
e) Maintenance of misting/fogging apparatus; this is prior and post fogging/misting.
f) Mixing of necessary solution for the misting/fogging treatment , as directed by the supervisor or the company
g) Operate misting/fogging apparatus
h) Coordinate with the team regarding tactical division of the areas to be serviced
i) Conduct the fogging/misting treatment in an orderly , efficient manner ensuring that promised time for completion is maintained. Ensuring that company process, procedures, and guidelines are all followed
j) Professionally conduct the fogging/misting process, ensuring that the client's property possessions are properly handled.
k) Professionally handles the post treatment process, and re briefs client of wait time and benefits of the treatment
l) Collect payment, issue receipt to the client as advised and instructed by the immediate supervisor
m) Collect signature or payment if necessary upon arrival to the recipient client
n) Coordinates and reports with/to immediate supervisor for any incidents/accidents/ delays/critical situations regarding the delivery or task assigned
o) Accomplish and submit any required report to the immediate supervisor
p) Must always have availability within 12 hours of notice for scheduled treatments/engagements
q) Must always be reachable via registered phone/mobile number and must respond within 24 hours of receiving a message
r) Must maintain proper decorum and obey standard operating procedures at all times.
s) Perform related duties and other clerical/manual tasks by the immediate supervisor, that may not be specifically listed in the position description, but are within the general occupational series and responsibility level typically associated with the employees classification of work
