The ONBOARDING SPECIALIST is the conductor of the onboarding and pairing calls. Establishing a strong relationship with the client and showing them not only support but providing them with business development advice. As well as letting them know how to properly utilize their new virtual staff. The role of the ONBOARDING SPECIALIST during the pairing call is to introduce the client to the agents, in an interview-style setting. Where the client will be able to pick out the agent they think is best suited for their business with guidance/input from the ONBOARDING SPECIALIST.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
The responsibilities and duties of the ONBOARDING SPECIALIST are as described and are not limited to the following:
Build and maintain relationships with all clients.
Scheduling both pairing and onboarding calls once the ticket is submitted from the sales team
Take lead on pairing meetings with clients, guiding them through the entire process, providing advice, ensuring success, and answering all the questions/concerns that they have.
Utilize CRM to keep track of key client/virtual staff information, opportunities, logging interactions, and relevant notes
Maintains the accuracy of the team's information logged in the CRM
Work with the client success managers and recruitment team to successfully pair clients with agents
Evaluate and analyze Client needs to improve the experience
Build trust and transparency with the Clients
Minimize client attrition by identifying potential red flags, mitigating them early on, and creating a pleasant work environment that inspires the team
Consulting with the client and giving advice on potential areas of improvement
REQUIREMENTS:
Deep understanding of customers relationship management and business development or marketing
Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
Self-driven and proactive, accountability and personal organization are essential
Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
Able to demonstrate leadership qualities
Can drive and meet/exceed specific KPIs
Understanding of CRMs specifically Hubspot, Google Workspace and Hubstaff
Has a stable and reliable internet connection, computer/laptop with backup
