Positions in this function are responsible for all administrative aspects of the recruitment processes, polices, programs, project management and service requirements. Key contact for candidates, line management, vendors and internal recruiters on all transactional service related needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
Some work is completed without established procedures
Basic tasks are completed without review by others
Supervision/guidance is required for higher level tasks
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
At least 6 months to 1 year of business experience, preferably in Recruiting or Human Resources
Strong written/verbal communication skills
Ability to interact and work with all levels of employees
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency with recruiting technology (Taleo, PeopleSoft)
Extensive experience with MS Office
