Qualifications:
 
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field (preferred).
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in retail or food service.
Proven experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Google Forms.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Good organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to conduct fieldwork and visit multiple kiosk locations weekly.
Valid driver's license or reliable mode of transportation (preferred).
Roles and Responsibilities:
Operational Supervision:
Oversee the daily operations of BAGOONG CITY kiosks across multiple mall locations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Supervise the performance of on-site staff and provide necessary training and support.
Staff Management:
Schedule and coordinate staff shifts to maintain adequate coverage.
Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
Conduct performance evaluations and give constructive feedback to employees.
Field Work:
Visit kiosk locations weekly to monitor operations, inspect cleanliness, and address any issues.
Communicate with mall management as necessary to handle operational matters.
Reporting and Analysis:
Use Excel and other Microsoft tools to prepare and submit weekly performance and sales reports.
Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Create and maintain inventory records and coordinate with the supply team to ensure product availability.
Customer Interaction:
Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Problem-Solving:
Identify and resolve operational challenges promptly.
Implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
