KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
Manage outlets like restaurants, bars and clubs.
Grow the business in your assigned territory by managing and opening new and existing accounts.
Improve distribution, availability, and presence of our brands in territory.
Conceptualize and execute brand building and volume generating activations, and events.
Connect with consumers and generate insights to improve the brand.
Build relationships with customers that result to preferred partnerships.
Manage resources to win in the trade profitably.
Develop winning relationships with distributors and third-party partners.
Achieve monthly and annual targets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a valid Driver's license (manual)
Graduate of a 4-year course (preferably business or marketing related)
Candidates with at least 1 to 2 years of experience in FMCG sales are highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills
Selling, and negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset (able to prepare business reviews, and skillful in budget management)
Sales / business acumen
Microsoft Office proficiency, specifically in Excel
Highly energetic with a great sense of responsibility
A people person with engaging communication skills
Entrepreneurial, and passionate to chase and act on opportunities.
A quick thinker and can pragmatically deal with issues in any given situation.
Driven to excel and grow with the company.
A fast learner who can enthusiastically grasp and execute the company culture.
Motivated by competition and winning.
Work Schedule:1pm to 11pm (Tuesday - Saturday)
