JOB SUMMARY
Develop and translate shopper, category, and channel/retailer insights into innovative solutions that drive business growth across multiple stakeholders
Understand shopper behavior across their omni-channel journey and link to category opportunities to effectively identify key insights that can lead to actions for growth and unlock joint lifetime value.
Collaborate with customers to identify needs and opportunities and develop business solutions influencing a wide range of growth strategies and tactics (ie assortment, merchandising, pricing, and promotions) to capture the shopper across the omni-channel journey.
Drive end-to-end execution of key partnership projects alongside internal customer teams
Understanding the in-store touch points and rethinking how we utilize them, and maximize them to drive better conversion
Analyze point of sale data to create assortment recommendations aligned to the category growth strategy in the channel and translating it to planogram directions
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of a Business or related degree
With 4-6 years of relevant experience in Shopper Marketing/Trade Marketing within the consumer goods industry
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good to excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
Good Data Management and analytical skills
Can work well under tight deadlines with clear attention to details
