Job Description:
Manages GLFX, CTR Reports and Certifications of Inward Remittances
Exercises governance over Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR) process, ensuring checklists are complete, DTPs are updated and stored in a separate inventory
Leads NFRR initiatives for Operations, offshoring, IQA
Coordinates for NFRR's assigned to other associates and teams
Reviews new LRR's as to applicability to NFRR processes, monitors/leads implementation till go-live
Acts as back up officer to other operational teams and associates
Ensures contingency for reports under his/her ownership
Serves as single point of contact for NFRR related items
Initiates, maintains and enhances communications with other business units and other appropriate line areas. Acts as one of Operations' links to respond to stakeholder demands in a timely manner.
Identify, propose, implement process efficiencies
Reviews and monitors Service Level Agreements, reporting due dates to ensure submission within deadlines.
Adheres to written policies and procedures and continuously improve work processes.
Supports Payment Operations Head in NFRR, Operational initiatives
