Job Title : OFFICER - FOOD & BEVERAGES (Foreign Assignment) 'We are an Airliner with a multicultural work force located in the scenic seas of the Maldives. We are looking for a suitably qualified individual to join our team as a 'Officer - Food & Beverages' The Ideal Candidate Should Possess : Good results in GCE O/L or equivalent Excellent communication skills in English A pleasing personality and good PR skills Minimum one-year experience in hospitality industry Professional qualification in Food and Beverage will be an added advantage. Main Duties & Responsibilities : To serve food and beverages in accordance with laid-down standards in a professional manner To clean designated areas in accordance with the laid-down procedures and maintenance of hygiene requirements To ensure that table decorations are fresh and comply with agreed standards To set tables to laid-down standards, ensuring that all items used are clean, undamaged and in a good state of repair To take orders from customers and ensure these are given to the appropriate person to execute To be totally familiar with the composition of all menu items To be continually aware of, and maintain, the highest standards of personal hygiene and dress.
