1. Daily review and checking of IMMT Report
2. Preparation and reconciliation of Sales Volume
3. Preparation of Inventory Analysis
4. Preparation of Inventory Costing for the month (Fuels, LUBES, FAME)
5. Preparation of Ending Balance for the month
6. Inputs of inventory movements and cost in the system
7. Prepares and submits Gross Margin Report (Statutory-Fuels, Statutory-Lubes, Management)
8. Preparation of Journal Entries for assigned accounts (Fuels, Lubes, AR)
9. Preparation of Government Reports (ORB and Liquidation, DOE, Issuance of Withdrawal Certificate)
10. Preparation and updates of other reports required by the management
11. Provides information for monthly projection
12. Provides schedules of inventory accounts and other related accounts for financial audit.
13. Item, Depot and Warehouse enrollment in UMDT
14. 1. PO Receiving (Trading Desk)
14.2. PO Receiving (FAME) 18. Reconciles AR accounts and prepares AR related reports

Preferred qualifications for this role
Applicant must be a graduate of a four-year course relating to BS Accountancy
At least 1 years of experience in the accounting field, preferably from the oil and gas or the retail industry
Adept in Financial Analysis, Inventory and Cost analysis, Gross Margins, and Sales Reconciliation
Demonstrates strong critical thinking and good verbal and written communication skills.

Expectations from Candidates:
Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.
