The Treasury Reporting - Production Support Analyst is primarily responsible for providing complete and accurate project requirements within the specified deadlines. This entails, but is not limited to the following:
Prepare and/or compile documents (SOPs, migration requirements, etc) for projects and initiatives
Communicates regularly with business stakeholders
Coordinate and / or Perform User Acceptance Testing based on the project requirements / change request. Ensure that all Treasury Reporting processes and/or reports in scope are covered in the testing
Ensures reasonability of results by validating the output against agreed thresholds and business expectations
Provide or propose tactical and/or strategic solutions to issues encountered in the UAT that may impact BAU once the change/enhancement goes live
Participates in customer calls as needed
Present results to stakeholders and obtain sign-off as needed
Roll-out changes to the affected BAU teams. Perform sanity checking in the production environment and escalate issues as needed. Assists in training new team members or other team members during the production roll-out
S/he may also be involved in BAU reporting as back-up or for load balancing
Key Responsibilities:
Ensures that project requirements are performed, executed and delivered within the agreed timelines to maintain customer satisfaction
Performs all required project-related tasks including, but not limited to, document preparation, parameter maintenance, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), etc.
Ensures reasonability of results by validating the output against project scope and expectations
Communicates regularly with business and project stakeholders
Documents the progress of the projects; escalates issues encountered
Provide or propose tactical and/or strategic solutions to issues encountered in the project
Secures sign-off of project results and/or recommendations from stakeholders
Communicates the changes to the BAU teams; monitors the cut-over of the change / enhancement in the production environment
Assists the production teams as needed (i.e. back-ups, etc)
Handles queries from stakeholders (i.e. Country or Regional Treasury, Finance or Market Risk) regarding the project
Performs testing for system enhancements to ensure that updates/changes will not disrupt the production process once implemented
Assists in training new team members or coaching other team members when doing the job
Leads or participates in regional or in-country projects that promote innovation in the work station, cost savings, voice of the employees, and CSS as a workplace of choice
Participates in customer calls as needed
May also be assigned to BAU activities to support the Treasury Reporting Team
