This role is to contribute & continuous drive Emerging Technology Project across Business & Centers. Responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised Projects strategies & techniques with the Technology team. Conduct tasks related to feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, risk technology, applications development, model development, and establish and implement system to meet specific Business needs or User areas. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge.

Key responsibilities include:
Act as Project manager for Emerging Technology Projects and continuously ensure their alignment to transformation goals.
Supports coordination of day-to-day activities of running a Project or Program of Projects.
Measures Project management performance against standards.
Orchestrate and drive the successful & timely completion of Projects to achieve the business goals, including the identification and resolution of risks and issues which impact Project delivery
Assesses creation and sign-off of Project plan and charter, benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central Project issue log.
Responsible for creation of all the Project/Project artifacts as defined in Emerging Technology Playbook and Policy document to meet the defined requirements.
Escalates Project risks to the Senior Management, Creates the Project risk management plan where applicable.
Monitor and control all phases of development process and analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation as well as provide user and operational support on applications to business users
Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes
Maintain weekly and monthly operating reports. Meet Ad-hoc reporting requirements with accuracy.
Support the build-out, maintenance & monitoring of the project plan by working with various Technology Product leads (from Use Case Identification through full implementation).
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
The IT Project Intmd Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates activities of an IT project team, identifying necessary resources and developing schedules to meet completion deadlines.
Collaborates in development of project business and system requirements.
Develops requirement documentation.
Communicates with project staff and clients regarding status of projects.
Utilizes project management tools and provides project status tracking and metrics

Utilizes good understanding of IT project leadership procedures and concepts and basic knowledge of other technical areas.

Makes evaluative judgments based on analysis of factual information; resolves problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and guided by precedents.

Qualifications:
2-5 years experience in an IT project leadership role with commensurate people management experience.
Education:
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
