The MIS Intermed Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.
Responsibilities:
Participates in implementation support, administrative and operations coordination for the various products, programs and services offered by the business.
Conducts user acceptance testing and platform rollouts.
Partners with multiple stakeholders to define criteria and data requirements to monitor operational performance.
Advocates for data driven decisions.
Participates in support activities with cross functional analysis to identify data issues, process gaps, and potential system enhancements, identifying and proposing business solutions.
Applies good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing goals of the sub function / job family.
Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to resolve complex situations related to MIS issues.
Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge, combined with a solid understanding of industry standards and MIS practices.
Applies professional judgment, analytical thinking, and knowledge of data analysis tools/methodologies to conduct complex analysis of MIS trends.
Presents findings to management based on analysis conducted
Applies project Management skills to Lead/Facilitate MIS projects for team/area supported.
May occasionally provide informal guidance or on-the-job-training to new team members.
Communicates with tact and diplomacy in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
HR Help Center/ServiceNow System Implementations
Assist with tasks related to implementing the ServiceNow application in partnership with different stakeholders across HR/HRSS/GFT.
Work with business requestors in documenting procedures and user stories for the enhancement, configuration and change management functions
Assist in developing, modifying, and configuring reports, dashboards, and outputs associated with the change, configuration, discovery and mapping functions.
Critical Key requirements
Experience with the ServiceNow reporting and application
Excellent oral, written, presentation, and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,PowerPoint)
Willing to work on night shift schedule
This is for a 1 year contractual fixed term position
Qualifications:
2-5 years relevant experience
Basic to intermediate level experience in a related role.
Education:
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
